Building more than structures — building stronger communities.
At NASAI, responsibility doesn't stop at the site boundary. We invest in the people we work with, the workmen who build with us, and the communities that host our projects.
Construction with a conscience.
Every project NASAI undertakes leaves a footprint — on the land, on the workforce, and on the communities around it. We believe that footprint should be a positive one.
Our CSR approach is simple: take care of the people who build with us, take care of the places we build in, and take care of the environment we share. No grand announcements — just consistent, everyday action that matches the values written into our quality and safety policies.
Where we put our energy.
Six areas, chosen because they sit closest to what construction touches every single day.
Education & Skilling
Supporting schools near our project sites, sponsoring learning kits, and running on-the-job training programmes that turn local youth into certified construction technicians.
Workmen Welfare
Clean labour colonies, safe drinking water, nutritious canteens, PPE for every worker, and structured safety inductions — workmen welfare is non-negotiable.
Health & Wellness
On-site first-aid, regular medical check-up camps for workers and their families, and tie-ups with local hospitals for emergency care.
Environment
Tree plantation drives, dust and noise control on every site, responsible waste segregation, and minimising emissions across our operations.
Community Outreach
Working with panchayats and local bodies on small infrastructure that the community actually needs — roads, lighting, drainage and public spaces.
Water & Sanitation
Rainwater harvesting at site offices, toilet facilities for workers and nearby schools, and water-saving practices across construction activities.

“We build for clients. We build with workmen. Both deserve our best.”
How we think about giving back.
Local first
We hire, source and partner locally wherever possible — every site should leave the surrounding community better off than we found it.
Safety as care
Safety is how we show respect for the people on our sites. Every incident is investigated, every lesson is shared across projects.
Quiet, not loud
We don't run CSR for cameras. Our work shows up in cleaner sites, safer workers, and supported schools — not in glossy brochures.
Long-term, not one-off
We commit to communities for the full life of a project — and often well beyond it. Continuity matters more than scale.
Numbers that matter to us.
Indicative figures from our active sites and ongoing programmes.
Working near a NASAI project site?
We collaborate with schools, panchayats, NGOs and local bodies on initiatives that genuinely help the community. If you have one in mind, we'd like to hear about it.
